Prepaid Billing

The yearly and monthly packages of EIP are billed in prepaid mode in a step manner according to the bandwidth specifications, with price lower than the price billed by need Before purchasing the instance, ensure that there is no arrearage in the account.

Take the bandwidth purchased in North China-Beijing region as an example.

• To purchase 5M bandwidth, one month's expense is 23×5 = 115 CNY.
• To purchase 7M bandwidth, one month's expense is 23×5+76×(7-5) = 267 CNY
• To purchase 7M bandwidth, one year's expense is (23×5+76×(7-5))×12×0.83 = 2659.32 CNY

Expiration reminder and processing

• Due reminders: 7 days, 3 days and 1 day prior to expiration of EIP service, the system sends you notice to remind you of the expiration.
• Processing after expiration: The service is stopped immediately upon expiration, and the system sends a notice of stopping service due to arrearage. IP address is retained for 7 days for you, during which, no expense is charged, and if no fee is paid within 7 days, the IP address is released, and 1 day prior to release and during release, the system sends a release notice.

On-demand Billing

EIP services are charged and deducted in real time by minute according to your usage, and the fee is billed in a step manner, with rules as follows:

• Billing items: Bandwidth, IP address rental and traffic
• Bill by minute, and less than one minute is counted as one minute.
• Charge by hour (once an hour Beijing time) and generate a bill. Billing time is within 1 hour after the end of the current billing cycle. For example, a bill from 10: 00-11: 00 will be generated before 12:00, depending on the system's billing time.
• Before purchasing instance, you need to guarantee that there is no debt in the account, and that the sum of account balance and available coupon is greater than or equal to 100 CNY.
• The bandwidth part of the range from1 to 5M and that exceeding 5M have different unit prices, for details, please see "Price" below.

Remind of Insufficient Balance and Treatment of Arrearage

• Reminder of insufficient balance:

  • Determine whether your account balance (including available vouchers) is sufficient to pay for the bill of next 3 days based on the amount of your bill in the last 3 days. If it is not enough to pay, the system sends a renewal reminder.
  • Determine whether your account balance (including available vouchers) is sufficient to pay for the next day's bill based on the amount of your bill in the last day. If it is not enough to pay, the system sends a renewal reminder.

• Arrears:

  • Check whether your account balance is sufficient to cover the cost of the EIP bill once an hour Beijing time (e.g. check whether your account balance is sufficient to pay the bill cost from 10 to 11 am at 11:00 am Beijing time). The system will send a notice of arrears when it is in arrears.
  • Service is stopped immediately after arrearage, the system sends a notice of stopping service due to arrearage, and IP address is retained for 7 days for you, during which, no expense is charged, and if no fee is paid within 7 days, the IP address is released, and 1 day prior to release and during release, the system sends a release notice.
