Bind a Mobile Phone Number

The user's bound mobile phone number can receive various notifications sent to you by Baidu AI Cloud, such as instance creation success reminder, instance expiration reminder, etc.

The default mobile phone number is the one used for registering your account. You do not need to bind it separately. You can change it on the Security Information page, as detailed in Change Bound Mobile Phone Number.

Bind an E-mail

The bound E-mail of the Baidu AI Cloud account can be used to subscribe to various notifications of the Baidu AI Cloud platform, or used as a security tool to verify the user identity. You can bind the E-mail as follows:

1. Log in to the Baidu AI Cloud console, move the mouse to the upper right corner and click the user avatar, or click in the drop-down option User Center;
2. After Security Information > Bind E-mail , click Bind Now;
3. Baidu AI Cloud will redirect to the personal center of the system based on the information about the login account. Enter the E-mail you want to bind and complete verification with the verification code. Note that the sending of the E-mail verification code may be delayed. Also, because the security policy of some E-mails may put the emails from the Baidu AI Cloud platform into the recycle bin automatically, you should pay attention to checking and receiving them;
4. E-mails will be automatically synchronized to the security information of the Baidu AI Cloud account after the login account system is successfully bound. Thus, you should pay attention to check it.

Replace A Bound Mobile Phone Number

The default bound mobile phone number of the Baidu AI Cloud account is the number used when registering the account. You do not need to bind it separately. In the scenario of employee transfer, resignation, or mobile phone number change, you can modify the bound mobile phone number during registration on the User Center page of the cloud account:

1. Log in to the Baidu AI Cloud console, move the mouse to the upper right corner and click the user avatar, or click User Center in the drop-down option;
2. After Security Information > Bind Mobile Phone Number , click Modify;

3. Baidu AI Cloud will redirect to the security center of the system for modifying the mobile phone number based on information about the login account (Baidu account, or Baidu AI Cloud account, i.e. business account);

   Note: To modify your mobile phone number, you need to verify your original mobile phone number and your identity, make sure that your original mobile phone number can receive the verification code.

4. After entering the verification code to complete the identity verification, enter a new mobile phone number that you want to bound and complete the verification, and click Finish. Then, the information will be updated to the security information of Baidu AI Cloud in real-time after the modification is complete.

Replace a Bound E-mail

In the scenario of employee transfer, resignation, or Baidu AI Cloud account E-mail change, you can modify the bound E-mail during registration on the User Center page of the Baidu AI Cloud account:

1. Log in to the Baidu AI Cloud console, move the mouse to the upper right corner and click the user avatar, or click User Center in the drop-down option;
2. After Security Information > Bind E-mail , click Modify;
3. AI Cloud will redirect to the security center of the system for modifying the account E-mail based on information about the login account (Baidu account, or Baidu AI Cloud account, i.e., business account);
4. After entering the verification code to complete the identity verification, enter a new E-mail that you want to bind, complete the verification, and then click Finish.

Account Binding Change

Account binding change scenario: An enterprise customer uses an employee account to log in to the Baidu AI Cloud console, and resources are attributed to this account. When an employee resigns, he or she cannot continue to use the previous private account. It is recommended that enterprise customers use the account binding change feature if they want to change the attribution of resources while preserving historical operations.

The account binding change means that a Baidu AI Cloud customer changes his/her original login account to another login account. However, the purchased Baidu AI Cloud resources, the settings, and operations of the Baidu AI Cloud resources remain unchanged.

Requirements: The account binding change requires you to have or register a new Baidu AI Cloud account. After the registration is complete, don't log in to your account at Baidu AI Cloud console but send the username of your new account and the following documents directly to your account manager, who will help you handle the account binding change process.

1. Personal identity verification of the account

(1) Pictures showing that the applicant holds the front and back sides of the ID card

(2) Application Form for Account Binding Replacement

2. Enterprise identity verification of the account

(1) Original enterprise business license photo (photocopies are not allowed)

(2) Application Form for Account Binding Change

(3) Power of Attorney for Account Binding Replacement

(4) Picture for the front side of the trustee's ID card

Note: If the Baidu AI Cloud account you need to change the binding has used AI products, you cannot solve the above problems by changing the binding at present. It is recommended that the enterprise continues to hold the current account in this case.
