          Frequently Asked Questions about Account Information

          1. What is the difference between the Baidu account and Baidu AI Cloud account?

          One mobile phone number can register one Baidu account, and the account is commonly used for other Baidu products (Baidu Netdisk, Baidu Map, Baidu Wallet, etc.). You can log in to the account with your mobile phone number, E-mail, or username. The account is suitable for personal use.

          One mobile phone number can register multiple cloud accounts, and such accounts are not suitable for other Baidu products. Using the username and password as login information is more suitable for enterprise users and can reduce the problem of account handover caused by personnel replacement.

          2. Where can I view my User ID?

          Log in to Baidu AI Cloud Console, click "User Account -> User Center" in the upper right corner, and check your user ID on the User Center page.

          3. Is it possible to change the account name?

          Currently, the Baidu account does not support the modification of the account login name, which is entered automatically when you register an account. After registering the account is successful, you cannot modify the login name.

          4. How to bind another Baidu AI Cloud account?

          You need to have or register a new Baidu AI Cloud account for changing the account binding change. You should not log in to the Baidu AI Cloud Console after the registration is complete. However, you can send your new account name and the following documents directly to your account manager, who will then submit the account binding change process for you:

          1. Personal identity verification of the account

          (1) A photo showing you hold the front and back sides of your ID card

          (2) Application Form for Account Binding Change

          1. Enterprise identity verification of the account

          (1) A photo for the original enterprise business license (photocopies are not allowed)

          Frequently Asked Questions about E-mail and Mobile Phone Number

          1. After logging in to the Management Console, you will automatically exit if you fail to operate it for a period of time

          Considering the security of account use, you will automatically exit if you fail to operate it for a period of time after logging into the console. The default time limit for non-operation is 1 hour. You can manually modify the "Expiration time of the login session" in Baidu AI Cloud Console- Identity and Acess Management - Settings - Security Settings". The time range you can set is 15 minutes - 23 hours 59 minutes.

          2. What is the difference between the registered mobile phone number and bound mobile phone number?

          • The registered mobile phone number is the mobile phone number used when you register a Baidu account. This number is commonly used for other Baidu products and for verification during console login.
          • The bound mobile phone number is the mobile phone number bound by the user in the console, via which you can receive various notifications from Baidu AI Cloud, such as instance creation success reminder, instance expiration reminder, etc. By default, the bound mobile phone number is the one used when you register an account. If you need to change it, refer to Change Bound Mobile Phone)。
          • The registered mobile phone number is different from the bound mobile phone number.

          It may be judged as spam by the email system. Open the spam folder to see whether you have received it.

          4. How can I change the bound mobile phone number if the original mobile phone number is not available?

          After logging into the Baidu AI Cloud Console, click the user name in the upper right corner to enter the "User Center" page and click the "Modify" button after you bind the mobile phone number to redirect to the Baidu account or Baidu AI Cloud promotion account and retrieve the original mobile phone number through the appeal process.

          If you cannot retrieve it by appeal even after logging into the account system, you can submit a [Ticket] for (http://ticket.bce.baidu.com)consulting. The following information is required when submitting a Ticket:

          • Screenshot of the "User Center" page of the Baidu AI Cloud Management Console. The screenshot should be a full screenshot and must include: The time to visit the username in the upper right corner and the device operating system after logging in to the Baidu AI Cloud Management Console。
          • For individual users, please provide a clear screenshot of the front side of your ID card; and for corporate users, please provide a clear photo of your corporate business license. The real-name ID card must be consistent with the real-name information。
          • Commonly used browser and common login place information.

          5. What should I do if I fail to receive the verification code?

          • Possible conditions where your mobile phone cannot receive the verification code include:

            • You have installed a blocking software or set up a blacklist on your mobile phone: Cancel the SMS blocking or blacklist settings of applications.
            • Your mobile phone is in arrears or out of service: Where your mobile phone is out of service due to being in arrears, it usually takes 24 hours to take effect after the payment of the bill. Then, you can re-acquire or change your mobile phone number the next day to try again.
            • The mobile phone is full of short messages: Clear useless short messages from your mobile phone.
            • There is no signal on the mobile phone and there is a delay in the network: Go to a place with a communication signal and try again.
          • Possible conditions where you email fails to receive the verification code:

            • The e-mails may be judged as spam mails by the email system. You can open the spam folder to see whether your email receives the verification code.

          6. How do I stop the SMS notification?

          If there are too many SMS notifications, you can go to the "Message Center" in the upper right corner of the Baidu AI Cloud Console to -> go to the Message Center -> MessageReceptionSetting" to disable the SMS notification or unwanted product message notification. If you want to unbind your mobile phone number, you can go to the User Center to unbind it directly.

          Frequently Asked Questions about Account Cancellation

          1. What are the conditions required for account cancellation?

          • There are no outstanding orders or services in the account, and there are no delinquent or unpaid payments of any kind.
          • There are not cash balances, coupons, or resources in use in the account. If the user still performs the cancellation action even though he knows he has such rights and interests, it is considered that the user voluntarily gives up such rights and interests. The user cannot recover such rights and interests after the account cancellation is successful.
          • There are no outstanding complaints in the account. For more requirements for account cancellation, consult the Baidu AI Cloud Account Cancelation Agreement.

          2. Can I still log in to Baidu AI Cloud after the account cancellation?

          After the account cancellation, you cannot log in to the Baidu AI Cloud website, access the console, and perform operations that rely on the account privileges.

          3. If I use a third party (Baidu account or Baidu business account) as the registration method, will it affect the use by the third party after I cancel the Baidu AI Cloud account?

          No. The account cancellation only affects the services related to Baidu AI Cloud but does not affect the normal use of your Baidu account (Baidu App, NetDisk, Library, etc.), and Baidu business account.

          4. Can I use the account name logged out when I register a new account?

          After the account cancellation, you can re-register a new Baidu AI Cloud account, but you cannot use the canceled account name any longer when registering the new account.

          5. After the account cancellation, can I recover the account and can I restore the business data?

          Once the account cancellation, you cannot recover all data under your account name, including account information, business data, transaction records, etc. Thus, you should be cautious to perform the account cancellation.
