Baidu Account - Forgoten Password

1. Select your Baidu account and click "Forgeten Password" on the login page to enter the Security Center to reset your password.

   

2. Follow the hints to enter the appropriate information.

   

3. Click "Next Step" for security verification, click <Send Verification Code > and then enter the verification code.

   

4. Click "Next Step" to enter the password resetting page.

   

5. Enter the new password and click "OK" to complete the password resetting.

   

Baidu AI Cloud Account (Baidu Business Account) - Forgotten Password

1. Select your cloud account and click "Forgotten Password" on the login page to enter the Security Center and reset your password.

   

2. Confirm your account and enter your username as well as the verification code you received.

   

3. Click “OK” to perform the security verification and select the verification method.

   

4. Enter your mobile phone number, click <Send Verification Code> and then enter the verification code you received.

   

5. Enter the new password and click "OK" to complete the password resetting.
