          Account Bound

          Bind the Phone

          The user's phone to be bound can be used to receive all kinds of notices sent by Baidu AI Cloud to you, such as the remainder for successful creation of instance, or for instance expiration, etc.

          It defaults to bind the mobile phone used when you register the account, with no need for separate binding. The phone can be modified in the page of security information, please refer to Change the Phone Bound.

          Bind the E-mail

          Binding the email to the cloud account can be used to subscribe to various notifications of the cloud platform, or used to verify the user's identity as a password protection tool. The following operations can be followed for binding:

          1.Log in the cloud console, move the mouse to the head portrait at the top right corner, or click the User Center from the drop-down options; 2.In Security Information > Email Binding, click Bind Now; 3.Baidu AI Cloud will redirect to corresponding personal center of the system according to the information of the account logged in. Enter the email to be bound, and complete the verification through verification code. It shall be noted that there may be delay in sending the verification code of the email; meanwhile, the security policy of some emails may put the emails from the cloud platform into the recycle bin automatically. Please remember to check; 4.After the email is bound successfully to login account system, it will be synchronized to the security information of the Baidu AI Cloud account automatically. Please remember to check.

          Change the Phone Bound

          By default, the cloud account defaults to bind the phone number used when you register the account, with no need for separate binding, and the phone bound at the registration can be modified at the page of user center of the cloud account in the scenario where the Company's staff transfer job, leave office, or change the phone number, etc.:

          1.Log in the cloud console, move the mouse to the head portrait at the top right corner, or click the User Center from the drop-down options; 2.In Security Information > Phone Binding, click Modify; 3.Baidu AI Cloud may redirect to the security center of corresponding system for the modification of phone number based on the information of the account logged in (Baidu account, or cloud account, namely the commercial accounts);

          Note: To modify the phone number, it is required to verify phone number of your previous phone, so as to verify your identity. Please make sure that your previous phone number can be used to receive the verification code. 4.After entering the verification code and completing the identity verification, you need to enter the new phone number to be bound and complete the verification, click Complete, and the information will be updated to the security information of Baidu AI Cloud in real time after the information is modified.

          Change the Email Bound

          Under the scenarios where the Company's staff transfer job or leave the office, or the email of the cloud account is changed, the email bound when the account is registered on the page of the user center of the cloud account:

          1.Log in the cloud console, move the mouse to the head portrait at the top right corner, or click the User Center from the drop-down options; 2.In Security Information > Email Binding, click Modify; 3.Baidu AI Cloud may redirect to the security center of corresponding system for the modification of the account email based on the information of the account logged in (Baidu account, or cloud account, namely the commercial accounts); 4.After entering the verification code and completing the identity verification, you need to enter the new email to be bound and complete the verification, click Complete.

          Change the Binding of Account

          Scenarios where the account can be changed for binding: The enterprise customer can log in the console of Baidu AI Cloud by using the employee's account, and the resources belong to this account; after the employee leaves the office, the private account of the employee that leaves the office cannot be used any more. Under the premise of hoping to keep the historical operations and changing the attribution of the resources, the enterprise user is recommended to use the feature of account changing and binding.

          The changing of account bound refers to the change of original account to another account, but the cloud resources purchased under the account and settings and operations of the cloud resources remain unchanged.

          Requirements: To change the account bound, you need to have or register a new Baidu AI Cloud account, and do not log in the console of Baidu AI Cloud after the registration, but feedback the username of your new account and the following materials to your account manager, who will help you submit the changing process of the account bound.

          1.Individual identity verification account

          (1) Photo of you holding the front and the rear side of the ID card

          (2) Application Form for Changing the Account Bound

          2.Enterprise identity verification account

          (1) Photo of the original business license (copy is not allowed)

          (2) Application Form for Changing the Account Bound

          (3) Power of Attorney for Changing the Account Bound

          (4) Full face photo of the trustee's ID card

          Note: If the Baidu AI Cloud account to be changed has AI products in use, it is unable to solve the above problems by changing the account bound. In such case, the enterprise is recommended to hold the current account.
