Account cancellation is an irreversible operation. In order to guarantee the security of your account and property and ensure the normal social and public order, before you apply for cancellation of your Baidu AI Cloud account, make sure that you have backed up all the data in the account.

Account Cancellation Process

Currently, the account can only be canceled on the "APP of Baidu AI Cloud"; if you do not have such APP, please go to the APP store to search "Baidu AI Cloud" or visit the Official Website of Baidu AI Cloud to download it by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the official website.

1.Use the account that you want to cancel to log in the APP of Baidu AI Cloud, and enter the page of "My Account", and click on username.

2.Enter the detail page of "Account Information" and click the button "Account Cancellation".

3.Please read the statements of cancellation agreement carefully, click the confirmation that I have agreed to Service Agreement on Cancellation of Baidu AI Cloud , and click "Next".

4.Prior to cancellation, we will check the cancellation conditions for your account, and we will return the unqualified conditions one by one for the users who do not meet the requirements. You are required to complete corresponding setting via the console at the PC end, and then cancel the account.

5.We will return all that the check has been passed for the users who meet the cancellation criteria.

6.Click next to enter the secondary confirmation interface, and click the button "Confirmation for Cancellation" to complete the cancellation.
