Account cancellation is an irreversible operation. You cannot restore your account upon account cancellation. To ensure the safety of your account and properties and guarantee the normal public order, make sure to back up all the data of the account before submission of a request for canceling your Baidu AI Cloud account.

Currently, you can cancel your account cancellation only in "Baidu AI Cloud App". If you haven't downloaded the App yet, go to the App store and search for "Baidu AI Cloud" or visit the Official Website of Baidu AI Cloud, and then scan the QR code at the bottom of the official website to download.

Account Cancellation Process

1. Log in to Baidu AI Cloud App with the account you want to cancel, enter the "My" page, and click on your username.

   

2. Enter the "Personal Center" details page and click "Account Cancellation" button.

   

3. Read "Precautions for Account Cancellation" carefully and check "I have read and accepted the Agreement for Cancellation of My Baidu AI Cloud Account", and click "Next Step".
4. We will check your account for account cancellation conditions before the cancellation.

• For users who meet the cancellation conditions, we will return all check status.

  

• For users who do not meet the conditions, we will return the unmet conditions one by one, so enter the console on your PC and perform setting on the "Finance" page. You cannot cancel your account until completing the corresponding settings.

  

6. After checking and passing the cancellation conditions, click "Next" to enter the secondary confirmation interface. Then, click the "Confirm" button to complete the cancellation.
