Important tips: According to the rules of the Company concerning the user's information protection, the account security information of Baidu AI Cloud (involving the user's phone and email) shall remain consistent with the login account.

Overview

After completing the registration of Baidu account/cloud account (promotion account), the user needs to activate the account when logging in Baidu AI Cloud for the first time, after which a Baidu AI Cloud account with an account id (AccountId) is generated. Upon completion of the activation, you shall log in the account (Baidu account or cloud promotion account) and bind it with Baidu AI Cloud account uniquely, and except for the scenarios like staff demission from the company that need to change the binding of the account, such binding results will last till the end of the life cycle of the cloud account.

Note: One phone number can activate 10 Baidu AI Cloud accounts at most.

Activate the Baidu AI Cloud Account

To activate Baidu AI Cloud account, you need to enter the following supplementary fields:

• Contact Person: Required, name used by the system to get in touch with you, nick name;
• Phone number: Required, it is synchronized with the phone number of the account logged in, if it is not detected, you are required to redirect to the login system for supplement;
• E-mail: Optional, it is synchronized with the email of the account logged in, if it is not detected, you can redirect to the login system for supplement, or choose to activate the account directly;
• Industry classification: Optional, please enter the classification of your industry truthfully to ensure the optimal service experience.

Modify the Account Information

The account information refers to the relevant information you entered on Baidu AI Cloud platform, among which the phone number and email address in the security information are mainly used to receive all kinds of messages and notice from Baidu AI Cloud, such as sending the password of Baidu Cloud Compute, sending alarm for the abnormal monitoring indicators, or reminder of service expiration, etc., so please make sure that the information you entered is correct during the modification.

1.Enter the administrative console, and click the head portrait at the top right corner, and enter the User Center; 2.Modify relevant information entered during the activation in the Basic Information, and click OK to complete the modification of the information; 3.You can modify your phone number and email in the Security Information. It shall be noted that the system will redirect you to corresponding personal center of the system for modification according to the type of the account you logged in. Currently, the type of login account supported by Baidu AI Cloud includes: Baidu account and cloud promotion account.
