Enterprise authentication includes primary enterprise identity verification and advanced enterprise identity verification.

• The primary enterprise identity verification shall provide different information according to the classification of enterprise

  General enterprises with business license need to provide enterprise name, business license registration number and scanned copy of the business license; the name of the privately or individually-owned business shall be consistent with that on the business license, or leave it unfilled if it is null.

The government agencies and institutions or social organizations without a business license are required to submit organization name, organizing institution code and scanned copy of organization code certificate.

• For the customers who have completed the enterprise identity verification, they can apply for advanced identity verification feature further by payment through exclusive account. After the advanced identity verification is enabled, the security credit rating of the account can be improved, and priority will be given to use the advanced function of some products.

Operation Steps for Primary Enterprise Identity Verification

1.Log into Baidu AI Cloud Management Console.

2.Select the "User Center" at the main navbar of the console (on top right corner).

3.Locate the "Identity Verification" module on the console interface. The interface of this module may vary according to the status of the identity verification, and the following lists two common interfaces. Click the icon below "Enterprise Authentication" or "Enterprise Information Authentication" to enter the authentication page.

4.Enter the enterprise information.
Note: For some scenarios where the enterprise authentication cannot be completed until the primary personal identity verification and personal advanced identity verification are completed, please go for personal identity verification if prompt information appears and unable to submit for review.

5.(Optional) Enter special qualification information.
It is required to complete the authentication of special qualification so as to use some products (such as LSS, VOD, etc.).

6.(Optional) Enter the VAT special invoice information.
VAT special invoice refers to the enterprise users with general taxpayer qualification who can submit the VAT special invoice for authentication after passing the enterprise identity verification. Only those who pass the authentication can be issue the VAT special invoice. If you need to issue a VAT special invoice, you can submit information while making identity verification. Baidu will first review the real name authentication materials, and after the real name authentication is passed, it will review your VAT special invoice materials.

7.Submit for review.
Click "Submit for Approval" and wait for the results of manual review. Upon approval of the review, you will receive a message of approval and a private message, and can buy the services immediately that are restricted previously. You will also receive the SMS and private message that you failed the review, and can view the cause why you failed the review. You can submit for review again after you make rectification according to the cause for review failure.

Operation Steps for Advanced Enterprise Identity Verification

1.Complete primary enterprise identity verification.

2.Redirect to the User Center-Identity verification module, click "Add Advanced Identity verification" button, and proceed to the next step according to the contents of pop-up window.

3.If you have not yet had an exclusive account, please click "Click to Get Your Exclusive Account" button, which will redirect to the financial center to get your exclusive account.

IF you have had an exclusive account, your account information will be shown in the pop-up window for your reference in the next step.

4.After getting your exclusive account, you shall click "Get the remittance amount and submit the application", and the system will generate a random amount of 0 to 1 Yuan automatically, and submit it to application process directly, with the status pending review. You need to pay to your exclusive account according to the amount generated by the system within 3 days, and the amount you paid will be recharged into your account balance automatically.

Please note: Please make sure to make payment with the bank account whose account name is the same as your real name within 3 days; otherwise, your application will be rejected.

5.The system will judge your application results according to your payment: Review passed/Review failed.

6.If your advanced enterprise identity verification failed, you can submit application again, with the procedures the same as those submitted for the first time.
