What should I do when the Express Tunnel expires?
For customer lines built locally, promptly contact the line operator to pay line leasing fees. Baidu AI Cloud billing items: Port resource occupancy fees can be purchased on either a monthly or annual basis.
- To continue using the service, please renew before your Express Tunnel expires to avoid network service interruptions. If a deactivated Express Tunnel is not renewed or recharged within one month, it will enter the destruction process, and both the line and its associated dedicated channels will be deleted.
- Unused Express Tunnels will enter the destruction process after expiration, with both the line and its associated dedicated channels being deleted.
