Billing Item Description

Port resource occupancy fee

Baidu AI Cloud platform charges the port resource occupancy fee at the Baidu access side of the physical dedicated line. The port resource occupancy fee refers to the fee for the port resources of the Baidu AI Cloud access switch occupied by using the Express Tunnel.

Types Description
Charge type The billing method for the port resource occupancy fee is subscription. Subscription is a prepaid billing model: after the physical dedicated line is completed and commissioned, you must pay the full fee for the purchased duration in one lump sum before you can start using the dedicated line access service.
Billing formula Single port resource occupancy fee (RMB) = Port specification unit price (RMB/month) × Purchase duration (months)
Expiration description Purchased subscription resources are not affected by the account balance. After the subscription port resources expire, you can perform operations such as renewal or unsubscription. For details, refer to the Expiration Description.

Egress traffic fee

The Baidu AI Cloud platform charges the egress traffic fee on the dedicated channel side. Egress traffic refers to all traffic transmitted through a single dedicated channel from the cloud to the on-premises IDC.

Types Description
Charge type The billing method for the egress traffic fee is pay-as-you-go (a postpaid model where fees are calculated based on the actual traffic you generate). Note: Baidu AI Cloud currently offers a preferential policy of waiving the egress traffic fee for newly added dedicated lines. 1. The egress traffic fee for dedicated channels is charged on a pay-as-you-go basis. Before creating a channel, ensure your account has no outstanding debts, and the sum of your account balance and available vouchers is ≥ RMB 100. 2. If you access via shared partner port resources, you do not need to pay the port resource occupancy fee to Baidu AI Cloud. For relevant fees, please contact the partner directly.
Billing formula Egress traffic fee (RMB) = Egress traffic unit price (RMB/GB) × Egress traffic (GB). Note: The egress traffic fee is charged at the account level. That is, the bill amount includes the total egress traffic fees generated by all dedicated channels in all regions under a single account. You can view the fee details through your bill; for specific operations, refer to Bill Management.
Settlement cycle The billing cycle and bill cycle for egress traffic fees are settled by natural hours (based on UTC+8 time). A bill is generated at the start of each natural hour, and the corresponding amount is deducted from your account balance. If your account balance is insufficient to cover the generated bill, the account will enter an overdue state. To avoid disrupting your business, please recharge your account promptly; for specific operations, refer to Recharge Instructions.
Overdue description Pay-as-you-go resources are affected by account overdue status. If the platform identifies your account as overdue, all pay-as-you-go resources under the account will be impacted. To prevent business disruptions, recharge your account promptly after it becomes overdue; for details, refer to Overdue Instructions.
