Manage Physical Dedicated Line

View physical dedicated line information
- Sign in to the Express Tunnel Console.
- In the physical dedicated line list, select the name of the desired physical dedicated line.
- Instance information
Users can view detailed information about the current physical dedicated line in the Instance Information section, including the name, ID, access point location, physical port specifications, port status, physical line operator, and more.
- Monitor
Users can view monitor metrics of the current physical dedicated line under the Monitoring tab. For detailed metric descriptions, refer to Physical Dedicated Line.
Delete physical dedicated line
Prerequisites
- The physical dedicated line you want to delete has expired. Non-expired physical dedicated lines cannot currently be deleted. To delete a non-expired physical dedicated line, please submit a ticket to unsubscribe first.
- The physical dedicated line to be deleted must be free of existing dedicated channels. If any, delete them first. For specific operations, refer to Delete Dedicated Channel.
Description:
Once a physical dedicated line is deleted, all related configurations will be deleted simultaneously and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
Operation steps
- Sign in to the Express Tunnel Console.
- In the physical dedicated line list, click the Delete button in the Operations column of the desired physical dedicated line.
- Confirm the information in the pop-up dialog, then click Delete to finalize the operation.
