Static route configuration for dedicated channels

Operation scenarios
If the routing mode of the dedicated channel is "Static Route", these rules are used to connect the network between the on-premises IDC and the dedicated channel.
Operation steps
- Sign in to the Dedicated Channel Console.
- Click the "Add Dedicated Channel" button.
- Use the table below as a guide to configure the dedicated channel.

| Network type | Select the network type of the static route entry. The default network type is IPv4. If the IPv6 function of the dedicated gateway is enabled, you can create static route entries of the IPv6 type. | IPv4 |
| Destination segment |
Enter the destination segment of the Baidu AI Cloud VPC. The next hop type is dedicated gateway (the dedicated gateway must be created in advance).
If the destination segment is the user’s IDC side or other cloud segments, the next hop type is dedicated channel. | Note: Routes for both directions must be configured; neither can be omitted.|

- Click OK to complete the addition of the route entry.
