Overdue description

When Baidu AI Cloud identifies your account as overdue, you will receive an SMS or email notification about insufficient balance. At this point, all pay-as-you-go resources under your account will be affected. This document only describes the status of pay-as-you-go resources in the Dedicated Line Connection product when the account is overdue. How to Check Balance

Refer to Consumption Overview to view overdue status. All pay-as-you-go resources under an overdue account will be affected, while subscription resources will remain unaffected. Description

You can set the message subscriptions and notification methods. If your account is identified as overdue by Baidu AI Cloud, the platform will send an overdue reminder based on your settings. For specific operations, please refer to the Message Center.

Overdue details

Regardless of whether your instance resources are shut down or released, you must settle the fees for generated bills in full. The egress traffic fee for dedicated line channels is postpaid - please note that before purchasing instance, ensure the account is free of debt and that the total of account balance and available coupons is greater than or equal to RMB 100.

• Debt handling:

  • At the top of the hour, Beijing Time, the system checks whether your account balance is sufficient to pay the current ET bill (e.g., at 11:00 Beijing Time, it checks whether the account balance is sufficient to pay the bill from 10:00 to 11:00). If insufficient, it results in debt, and the system will send a debt notification.
  • Service will be suspended immediately in case of debt, and the system will send a notification of service suspension due to debt. If no recharge occurs within 7 days, it will be released. The system will send release notice one day before and at the time of release.
