Add Alarm Policy

1.Log in to Baidu AI Cloud, and select the cloud monitoring BCM. In the left navigation bar, click < Alarm Management > -> < Alarm strategy > to enter the page of "Alarm Policy List".

2.Click < Add A Policy > on the top left corner of the list to enter the page of "Create An Alarm Policy", and fill in the corresponding information and save it in the page.

Note:

It only supports the configuration of threshold alarm policies for the BCC/RDS instance group and event alarm policies for all BBC instances.

• For addition of alarm policies for other cloud product monitoring, please refer to Add Alarm Policy.
• For addition of alarm policies for application monitoring, please refer to Add Alarm Policy for Application Monitoring.

Modify and Delete Alarm Policy

1.Log in to Baidu AI Cloud, and select the cloud monitoring BCM. In the left navigation bar, click < Alarm Management > -> < Alarm strategy > to enter the page of "Alarm Policy List".

2.Click < Edit >/< Delete >button in the "Operation" column to modify or delete the alarm policy in the pop-up interface.

Enable/Disable Alarm Notification

1.Log in to Baidu AI Cloud, and select the cloud monitoring BCM. In the left navigation bar, click < Alarm Management > -> < Alarm strategy > to enter the page of "Alarm Policy List".

2.Operate in the "Notification status" column. ON stands for opening of the alarm notification, and OFF stands for closing of the alarm notification.

Note:

When closing the alarm notification, you don't receive the alarm notification of the alarm policy by e-mail or SMS. But the BCM platform records the alarm during the period when the alarm notification is closed. For the methods to view the alarm, refer to View the Alarm History.

View Details of the Alarm Policy

1.Log in to Baidu AI Cloud, and select the cloud monitoring BCM. In the left navigation bar, click < Alarm Management > -> < Alarm strategy > to enter the page of "Alarm Policy List".

2.Click the link of the alarm policy name to view the details of the alarm policy.

Note:

For the convenient operation by users, the < Open notification >/< Close notification >,< Modify >and < Delete > button is also provided at the upper right of the details interface of alarm policy. Users can directly click here to make related operations while viewing the details.

View Alarm History

1.Log in to Baidu AI Cloud, and select the cloud monitoring BCM. In the left navigation bar, click < alarm management > -> < Alarm history > to enter the page of "alarm policy list".

2.Click the tab to view the alarm history of cloud service monitoring, site monitoring and custom monitoring.
At present, new version of alarm history page for cloud service monitoring has been launched, as presented below:

• On the new version alarm history page, the "Lifecycle" of alarm, that is, the whole process from the start to close of an alarm, is displayed. If the event is triggered again after being closed, a new alarm will be recorded. You can view the current status of alarms in "Current Status", and view the historical status of alarm events on the alarm event details page.
• On the old version alarm history page, no life cycle of alarm is displayed, that is, there will be a record any time when the alarm state changes. You can flexibly select the way to view the alarm history depending on your own habits. It is recommended to view on "New Version Alarm History".

View Alarm Event Details

1.Login Baidu AI Cloud, select Baidu Cloud Monitor BCM, click the < Alarm Management>-> in the left navigation bar to go to the alarm history list page.

2.On the alarm history page, click to open the details page of the alarm event you want to view.

3.On the alarm event details page, view the basic information of the alarm event and the history of the alarm event status changes.
