          Why is the cloud compute/relational database list empty?

          The users don't apply for the Cloud Compute/Relational Database instances and should go to the "Console > Cloud Compute/Relational Database" page to apply for instances. After application, the instances are automatically added to the monitoring list.

          Why does the alarm policy frequently show the status of data insufficiency or discontinuity of trend chart of monitoring items?

          1: The statistical period of the alarm policy is shorter than the acquisition period of site monitoring tasks.

          E.g.: The acquisition frequency of site monitoring tasks is 10 minutes, namely, acquisition of data once every 10 minutes. But the statistical period of the alarm policy is 5 minutes. So there must be no data in 5 minutes, which may cause data insufficiency.

          Solution: Extend the statistical period of the alarm policy.

          2: The instability of target monitoring website causes the monitoring time-out, without acquisition of any valid data.

          The users have configured the abnormality notification. Why is the alarm message or alarm email sent only once after the alarm status changes to "Abnormal"?

          The alarm notification function is generated only when the status of alarm policy changes. So the SMS or email is sent only once when the alarm status switches to the status of "Abnormal" from "Normal" or "Data Insufficiency".

          After the alarm is shielded, why does the alarm policy still show the status switching?

          The alarm shielding only shields the alarm notification function, namely, SMS or email sending, and doesn't impact the switching of the alarm policy status.

          No data for BCC monitoring items

          1: The BCM Agent doesn't operate normally. Please check the status of BCM Agent. Refer to the BCM-Agent FAQ for details.
          2: The limitations of the security group to which BCC belongs causes the BCM Agent to fail to send data to the monitoring platform. Please add outgoing rules to the security group. The protocol is TCP and the port range is 80. The destination IP is 169.254.169.254 and bcm.baidubce.com (the security group cannot configure the domain name as the destination address, and please parse the IP corresponding to the domain name at the local place of BCC).
