This article mainly introduces the task alarm policy information of the data transmission service (DTS).

View the Default Alarm Policy

Details are as follows:

1. Log in to Baidu AI Cloud and enter DTS Management Console.

2. In the data transmission task list, select a data transmission task. Click the Task Name to enter the task information.

3. Click Monitoring Information in the left navbar to enter the monitoring information page.

4. On the "Monitoring Information" page of the task, click the alarm details in the upper right corner of the page to view the alarm policy of the task.

5. On the Alarm Policy page, you can Edit the Alarm Policy.

View the Alarm History

Click the Alarm History in the upper navbar to enter the alarm history page, so that you can view the alarm events generated by this instance.

Add an Alarm Action

1. Click the Alarm Action in the upper navbar to enter the Alarm Action page. You can add corresponding alarm actions according to your actual situation.

2. Click Create Action to enter the page of creating an alarm action and fill in the following parameters.

   Parameters	Description
   Action name	Create the action name
   Available region	The alarm actions in the different regions are applicable to the policies in the corresponding regions.
   Notification method	Currently, Baidu AI Cloud supports the following notification methods, including "Mail Notification", "SMS Notification", and "Mail + SMS Notification".
   Notification object	Currently, Baidu AI Cloud adopts two kinds of notification objects, namely "User Group" and "User". If you have no notification object created, you can click "Add User Group" to create one.
   Timed off	You can select whether to turn off the alarm action regularly.

After the successful creation of the DTS task, two alarm policies (incremental task delay monitoring policy and task running status monitoring policy) are available by default. Thus, you can edit or delete the task.
