Reminder of Insufficient Balance:

• Whether your account balance, including voucher available, is sufficient to pay the bill in 3 days is judged according to your bill amount of the latest 3 days. If not sufficient, the system sends the renewal reminder.
• Judge whether your account balance, including available vouchers, is sufficient to pay for the next day according to your bill amount for the last day; if insufficient, the system sends a renewal reminder.

Arrears Treatment :

• At 00:00, Beijing time, check whether your account balance is sufficient to pay the DTS bill. If not, it is arrears, and the system will send a renewal reminder.
• After arrears, all DTS tasks is suspended immediately. The instance will be reserved for you for 7 days without charge during the period, and the instance is released if it is not topped up within 7 days. During this period, if the Binlog of the upstream source library is lost, the suspended task cannot guarantee the integrity of the downstream data even if it continues to run after restarting. In order not to affect your service, it is suggested to ensure sufficient balance in your account when using DTS and pay attention to the system renewal reminder.
