BLB on-demand billing uses a post-paid method which charges and deducts in real time based on how much you use. The specific rules are as follows:

• Bill by minute, and less than one minute is counted as one minute.
• The fees will be deducted by hour, that is, the fees will be deducted and the bills generated accordingly at the exact hours of Beijing time . Billing time is within 1 hour after the end of the current billing cycle. For example, a bill from 10: 00 -11: 00 will be generated before 12:00. Specifically, the system account issuing time shall prevail. .
• Before purchasing, you need to ensure that there is no arrears in your account, and that the sum of the account balance and available vouchers is greater than or equal to RMB 100.
