Arrearage Processing:

• Check whether your account balance is sufficient to cover the cost of the BLB bill once an hour Beijing time (e.g. check whether your account balance is sufficient to pay the bill cost from 10 to 11 am at 11:00 am Beijing time). The system will send a notice of arrears when it is in arrears.
• Service is stopped immediately after arrears. The system will send a service-stop notice for arrears. The data will be retained for 7 days. No fee will be charged during the period. If you do not recharge within 7 days, your account will be released. A release notice is sent both one day before the release and on the day for the release.
