Billing mode
Cluster Capacity Unit (CCU) is used in load balancer dedicated clusters to measure various metrics related to BLB cluster traffic processing.
Billing rules
The billing method for dedicated clusters is subscription-based, using a prepaid bill system.
Billing price
A single CCU consists of 4 machines, with the published price as follows:
| Region | Price |
|---|---|
| Other mainland regions except Wuhan | RMB 34,000/CCU/month |
| Wuhan | RMB 44,200/CCU/month |
| Hong Kong | RMB 42,000/CCU/month |
Performance specifications
Performance of single CCU:
- Layer 4 cluster: Supports up to 80 million concurrent connections, new connection rates of 12 million, inbound bandwidth of 120Gbps, and outbound bandwidth of 120Gbps.
- Layer 7 cluster: Supports up to 2 million concurrent connections, new HTTP connection speeds of 1.2 million, new HTTPS connection rates of 224,000, inbound bandwidth of 40Gbps, outbound bandwidth of 40Gbps, HTTP QPS of 1.2 million, and HTTPS QPS of 224,000.
Setup time after order placement
- The setup time from placing an order for a dedicated cluster to its service availability ranges from 3 to 7 days.
- The credit period for a dedicated cluster begins when the service becomes available. Service preparation time is excluded from the credit period.
Expiration reminders and handling
- Expiration reminders: The system will send a notification 7 days before the instance service expires.
- Post-expiration actions: The service is suspended immediately upon expiration, and a suspension notification due to debt is sent. Data is retained for 7 days without charge. If no recharge is made within this period, the data will be released. The system will send a release notification both one day before and at the time of release. After the dedicated cluster expires, load balancer instance services in it will be unavailable. To avoid service disruptions, please monitor the status of the dedicated cluster closely.
Instances on dedicated clusters
- For prepaid instances, migration to a dedicated cluster is not allowed. Please convert the instance to postpaid before joining the dedicated cluster.
- Postpay - charge by specification instance: No extra costs are incurred on the dedicated cluster.
- Postpay - pay-as-you-go instance: The instance fee is charged on the dedicated cluster, but usage charges are waived.
