The certificate is used to store the private key and public key of certificates required for HTTP communication encryption and encrypt and decrypt the HTTP communication. It is only used for one-way authentication, and the server does not check the client certificate. It is suitable for the HTTP server. Just same as the addition of configuration item, the application service uses the certificate as the data volume mount. For example, mount a certificate type volume in the "Volume Configuration" to become a file in Pod. For any update of certificate, it will be automatically updated to Pod that is using the certificate through the Report/Desire mechanism.

Create certificate

1. Select "Configuration Management > Certificate > Create certificate"； on the left navigation bar.

   

2. Fill in the certificate information.

   • Name: Credential name, which cannot be empty or duplicated.
   • Description: Description information of certificate, which can be empty.
   • Private key: Private key of the certificate, which is copied and pasted to the text box, including head and tail.
   • Certificate: Public key of the certificate, which is copied and pasted to the text box, including head and tail.

   

   After successful creation, you can view the certificate-related information, including expiration time, signature algorithm, certification authority, serial number, and fingerprint.

   

Find certificate

Select "Configuration Management > Certificate > Search Bar" on the left navigation bar.

Delete Certificates

Select "Configuration Management > Certificate > Delete" on the left navigation bar.
