Master Program OTA

Since the baetyl version 0.1.5, the master program has OTA upgrade capability, and you can upgrade the master program through OTA.

How to Use OTA

Please make sure your master program version is above 0.1.5 and the daemon is set.

Note

• Please make sure that the master program is guarded (recommend to use the official installation method and system tool daemon). The master program actively exits during the upgrade, and if there is no daemon, it cannot be restarted.
• The master program upgrade of the current version causes all services to exit and restart, and master program upgrade without stopping services will be supported in the future.
• Once the master program upgrade is executed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If the master program upgrade fails, it automatically rolls back and restore to the original version.
