View a Deployment Task Associated with the Core

After creating a deployment task, you can view which devices the deployment task is used for in its target device, and you can also view Associated deployment task in the core configuration of the core details. As shown in the figure below, you can see that this core is associated with a deployment task: deployment_demo_01.

View the Configuration Version Generated by the Deployment Task

After the deployment task is created and becomes effective, the target device is deployed automatically. The essence is to generate a latest configuration version on the core based on the configuration information of the deployment task and automatically distribute the version to the edge core.

After the core is associated with the deployment task, you cannot independently distribute a configuration for the core, and all configuration distributions are hosted by the deployment task.

As shown in the figure below, the V1 version is initially generated by the core, and the V2 version is automatically generated based on the deployment task. The Distribute operation of all versions is disabled and can only be executed by the deployment task.
