When viewing the orders, you can either overview the information of all orders or view the order information under specific conditions by selecting the payment method, product name, order status and time.

1. Click "Order Management" in the navigation on the left to enter the "Order Management" page.

2. You can filter orders by selecting the following:

   

   • Product name: Select a product to view orders of the corresponding product. Orders for all products are displayed by default.
   • Select time: Select the start and end dates. The first day of the month is the start date, and the date when the record is checked is the end date by default.
   • Select payment method: Select All orders to check orders of all payment methods; select prepaid to view prepay orders; select postpaid to view the postpaid orders.

   • Order status: Select order status to check orders of different order status. All order status is displayed by default.
     The displayed items on the order record page are explained as follows:

     

   • Order number: The unique number to identify an order, making it easy to locate all orders. You can click it to check the configuration information of the order.
   • Product name: Display the corresponding product of the order.
   • Status: Displaying "Unpaid" means the order you are checking has not been paid; displaying "Paid" means the order you are checking has been paid; displaying "Canceled" means the order you are checking has been canceled; displaying "Invalidated" means the order you are checking has been invalidated.
   • Order amount: Display the amount of money in the order to be paid.
   • Cash payment: Display the amount of money in the order that has been paid.
   • Order type: Displaying "Purchased" means orders are generated by purchasing service; displaying "Renewed" means orders are generated by renewing service; displaying "Upgraded" means orders are generated by upgrading service; displaying "Downgraded" means orders are generated by downgrading service; displaying "Configuration changed" means orders are generated due to elastic upgrade or downgrade of the charge on demand service or by changing the charge method; displaying "Compensated duration" means compensation for service faults promised by Baidu AI Cloud.
   • Order time: Display the specific time to place the order, accurate to minutes.
   • Operation: Click View to check the configuration information of this order.

3. Click the order number or view corresponding to the order. The following will be displayed on the order details page: The displayed items on the order configuration information page are explained as follows:

   • Product name: Display the products with orders.
   • Configuration: Display the detailed configuration of the order.
   • Number: Display the number of instances purchased.
   • Duration: Display the use duration of the product in the order, accurate into a minute.
   • Unit price: Display the price of the product per unit time. The unit time for charge on demand is 1 minute. The unit time for yearly and monthly packages charge is one month or one year.
   • billing mode: Displaying "Prepaid" means it is charged per year or per month; displaying "Charge on Duration" or "Charge on Volume" means it is charged on demand.

• Order amount: Display the amount of money in the order to be paid.
