Baidu AI Cloud supports online application for product order contracts. In order to make sure that you check the accuracy of the contract in a timely manner, it will generate a draft contract for you first. After confirmed to be correct, it will be converted to a formal contract. At present, it only supports to issue online electronic contracts for some products. For details, please see Electronic Contract FAQs.

• Contract introduction: The content is consistent with the formal electronic contract, but it is not stamped with the special seal for contract of Baidu AI Cloud. The contract (draft) is for you to download to confirm whether the content is accurate and whether to accept the terms. If there is no objection, the draft contract will be converted into a formal contract; if the draft contract is wrong, you can click to cancel it and then reapply.
• Introduction of formal contract: Draft contract can be converted into a formal contract when the contents or terms are correct. The formal contract will come into force when stamped with the special seal for contract of Baidu AI Cloud. You cannot invalidate it by yourself. If you want to invalidate it, please submit a work order for processing.

The operation steps are as follows:

1. Log into the management console

   Log into the Management Console, and enter the "Finance Center" > "Contract Management" in the upper right corner of the page. On the "Contract List" page, click "Apply for a Contract" to enter the page for applying for contracts.

   

2. Select the order

   On the page for applying for contracts, click the "Apply for a Contract "button. Select the order for generating an electronic contract based on the product name or order payment time or order number.

   No more than 200 orders can be selected at the same time. Orders for which operations or formal contracts have been generated cannot be selected again, and they can be selected only after they are invalidated.

3. Confirm the order information

   You need to confirm the order number, product name, order type, order time, order amount and total amount of all orders. When you find that a wrong order is selected, return to modify; if it is correct, click Next.

4. Confirm customer information

   In the electronic contract, you need to enter the company name (Party A's name), address, contact person and phone number. If you have other questions, please submit a work order for consultation.

   Note: Party A's name cannot be modified, and it shall be consistent with your name for identity verification on Baidu AI Cloud official website. If Party A is a company name, please complete Enterprise Identity Verification first.

5. Contract application succeeds

   After completing the above steps, the contract (draft) is successfully created. Click Download draft contract?for details. After the contents are confirmed to be correct, the draft contract can be converted into a formal contract.

6. Convert the draft contract into a formal contract

   After confirming that the contract information is correct, click Convert it into a formal contract or click Convert it into a formal contract in the operation bar of this contract on the contract management list page to convert the draft contract into a formal contract. The contract comes into force after being converted into a formal contract, and the seal is valid. The contract cannot be invalidated.
