Non-withdraw Funds

The fund withdrawal applied for shall not be more than the amount available for withdrawal. The following reasons may affect you to withdraw money from your cash balance:

1. You have postpaid products or postpaid resources are released for less than or equal to 24 hours, so you need to keep 100 CNY in your account;
2. This part of cash balance is already in the withdrawal process;
3. There are arrears for your account.

Withdraw Funds

The formula for calculating fund withdrawal is as follows:

• When there are no postpaid resources in use, or postpaid resources have been released for more than 24 hours, the formula is as follows: - Withdraw Funds = min (balance - unpaid bills during the collection period, total investment - total invoice amount)
• When there are postpaid resources in use, or postpaid resources have been released for less than or equal to 24 hours, you need to keep 100 CNY in your account, and the formula is as follows: - Withdraw Funds = min (balance - unpaid bills during the collection period, total investment - total invoice amount)-100

Withdraw Process

1. Log into the console, open “Finance Center > Account Overview”, click “Withdraw Funds” to the left of “Cash Balance”, and the system will show the amount available for withdrawal.
2. Click “Apply for Withdrawal”, select or enter the amount to be withdrawn on the page, and click “Submit Application”.

3. Return to the page for withdrawal to check the withdrawal application submitted. You can check the status of the application in “Status”, and the status descriptions are as follows:

   • Information to be completed: Wait for the user to submit all required information.
   • Pending for review: Awaiting review of the Finance of Baidu AI Cloud.
   • Successful withdrawal: The fund withdrawal has been returned to the original payment account.
   • Failed withdrawal: The fund withdrawal cannot be returned to the original payment account.

Amount Received Time

After review, your amount will be refunded to your recharge account in accordance with the principle of FILO.

• It will take the range from 1 to 2 working days for refunding in the third party channels.
• It will take the range from 10 to 20 working days for refunding in UnionPay B2B channel. Please be patient.
• Since there is time limit for service of refunding to the original payment account provided by the third party channel, you may require supplementing the materials. Please follow the prompts of the withdrawal records and provide the corresponding materials for manual review by the financial personnel. It will take the range from 10 to 15 working days to receive the refund.
