What are the products for which electronic contracts can be generated at present?

At present, the official website products of Baidu AI Cloud for which electronic contracts can be generated include: BCC, RDS, BLB, BOS, CDN, DDOS, OCR, etc.

You can view products for which electronic contracts can be generated in the product drop-down list of [Finance center]→ [Order management] in Baidu AI Cloud console (currently in the list, electronic contracts can be generated for other products except for cloud market MKT and customized orders CUSTOM).

If you do not find the related product in this list, please submit a ticket, and you can sign an offline contract with Baidu AI Cloud.

Why can’t I change Party A’s name when applying for an electronic contract?

Party A’s name in the shall be consistent with the identity verified on the official website of Baidu AI Cloud. During application for the contract, it is defaulted on Baidu AI Cloud that the two are the same and Party A’s name cannot be changed. If you need to change your identity verified, please submit a ticket for processing.

Why can’t I invalidate the formal contract by myself?

Since the official contract has been stamped with the special seal for electronic contracts of Baidu AI Cloud, you cannot invalidate it by yourself in the console. If the formal contract really needs to be invalidated, please submit a ticket for processing.

Why can’t I find the product order in the contract application interface?

If you cannot find the product order in the contract application interface, please check whether a draft contract has been applied for this order or whether a formal contract has been converted for this order. Since one order can only appear in one contract, when a draft contract or a formal contract has been applied for this order, it will not be shown in the contract application interface.

Can the formal contract generated be downloaded multiple times?

Yes. After a formal contract is generated, you can download it multiple times in "Contract management list".

Do I need to return the formal contract to Baidu AI Cloud after downloading it and stamping it with the company’s official seal (or special seal for contract)?
