Introduction

If you have a large amount of resources and the expiration time of every resource is different, you may be bothered about the resource management. You can set a “Unify the Expiration Date” for the resources to extend the expiration time of some or all of your resources to the expiration date you set. For resources of the same expiration date, you will receive the expiration reminder 7 days before the expiration date.

Enable the Function

1. Log into Baidu AI Cloud Management Console.

2. On the console homepage, enter "Finance Center > Renewal Management "page. Click "Unified Expiry Date". You can set a unified expiry date for resources.

   

3. If you have not set a unified expiry date for resources, please select the intended resources first, and then click "Unified Expiry Date".

   

4. Select the intended resources and extend them to the new unified expiry date. After setting a unified expiry date for resources, you can select the intended resources and extend them to the new unified expiry date. (The renewal time shall be more than one month. For days less than one month, we will calculate the price of your renewal days according to the monthly price).

   For example, a resource is going to expire on September 6 and the monthly price is 60 CNY. If you adjust the expiration date to the 21st of every month and renew it to October 21, you need to pay 90 CNY (60+60÷30×15).
