You are responsible for the source and content of your user business data, and we remind you to carefully judge the legality of the data source and content. You shall be solely liable for all consequences and liabilities caused by the content of your user's business data violating laws, regulations, departmental rules or national policies.

If you agree with Baidu AI Cloud, we will store user business data in your selected data center. We abide by our security commitments to users and protect users' data stored in Baidu AI Cloud Data Center in accordance with applicable laws.

User Public Information

Public information refers to any information that you publicly share. Anyone can view or access this information during the period of using and not using Baidu AI Cloud services, such as the information you publish in the Baidu Developer Center.

In order to use Baidu AI Cloud service, you may need to share information publicly. For example, if you are a service provider, you should publicly share information about your company or natural person operator in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and Baidu AI Cloud market rules.

When using Baidu AI Cloud Market to conduct transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. You can also establish contact and share with each other through our services. When you create a communication, transaction or sharing through our services, you can choose the object of communication, transaction or sharing independently, as a third party who can see your contact information, exchange information or share content and other related information.
