The data you process, store, upload, download, distribute and process in other ways through the services provided by Baidu AI Cloud are all your user business data, and you fully own your business data. As a neutral technical service provider, Baidu AI Cloud will strictly implement your entrustment and instructions. Except for providing you with technical assistance for troubleshooting or solving technical problems or implementing clear legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with your agreement or specific product rules or based on your requirements, we will not conduct any unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your business data.

You are responsible for the source and content of your business data. We remind you to carefully judge the legality of the source and content of the data. You should ensure that you have the right to use our products and services to process such business data, and that the aforementioned processing activities comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and there is no violation of laws and regulations, infringement or violation of contractual agreements with third parties, and the data will not be used for illegal purposes. You will bear all consequences and responsibilities caused by your user business data content violating laws and regulations, departmental regulations or national policies.

When we process your business data in accordance with the contents of this section, if it involves third-party personal information, you shall fulfill your obligation to inform the relevant personal information subjects in advance in accordance with the law, obtain the separate consent of the relevant personal information subjects, and ensure that:

(1) Provide written explanation and confirmation of the source and legitimacy of your personal information in the manner requested by us;

(2) When requested by us, provide the scope of authorization and consent of the relevant individual for information processing, including the purpose of use, and the personal information subject agrees that you may use our services to process their personal information;

(3) If the personal information processing activities required for your use of our services exceed the scope of the authorized consent for such personal information, you shall be responsible for obtaining the express consent of the personal information subject within a reasonable period after providing the personal information or before we process the personal information, and provide us with written evidence upon request.

If you violate the above obligations, or fail to provide us with reasonable and satisfactory proof as required, or we receive reports or complaints from personal information subjects, we have the right to unilaterally refuse to process your business data, or refuse to process the personal information of third parties involved in it according to your instructions. You shall bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom.

You understand and agree that you should store your business data according to your own needs. We only accept your entrustment to provide you with data storage services in accordance with relevant laws and regulations or specific service rules. You understand and agree that unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or in accordance with service rules, we will not access or store your business data, nor will we bear any responsibility for your data storage work or results.
