Operation records

IAM provides operation records for operations, maintenance and control performed by root accounts/IAM users on cloud resources for compliance auditing. Key IAM actions such as root account/IAM user logins/logouts and administrator management operations have now been fully integrated with BCT.

Users can click Identity and Access Management - Operation Records to enter BCT and view key actions and events of the user.

Key report

Key reports record IAM User and key usage statuses. A key report can be generated every four hours, enabling timely monitoring of IAM User activity to reduce security risks.

Key reports primarily include details like username, creation time, MFA status, password status, last password modification date, last password usage time, last AK usage time, last service accessed using the AK, and last region accessed using the AK.
