Steps to activate an IAM user:

1. Log in to Baidu AI Cloud.
2. Hover over the account icon in the upper-right corner of the management console and select "Identity and Access Management.
   
3. In the left-hand menu, go to "User Management" and select "IAM User.
   
4. To simplify employee login, it is strongly recommended that you customize an alias by clicking "Custom" on the IAM User tab.
5. Set an alias, such as your enterprise’s English name. Employees must enter this alias during login. For example, create an alias like "mycompany.
   
6. Click on "Create IAM User.
   
7. In the "Create User" pop-up interface, set the IAM user's name and password. You may choose the option "Require Users to Reset Password upon Next Sign in," which will prompt users to reset their password during their next login.
8. In the IAM User Management list, click on "Edit Permissions" to grant the necessary authorizations to IAM users.
9. It is recommended to assign IAM users with system read-only permissions. Once done, log in as an IAM user to access the Partner Course Center.
10. For managing a large number of IAM users, you can set batch permissions via group management by clicking "Create New Group" under the "Group Management" tab.
11. Specify the group name and assign system policies to the members of the newly created group in the policies section.

12. In the group management interface, add users to the newly created groups. Users inherit the group's policies while retaining their own individual policies. [IAM user creation completed]

Steps to sign in as IAM user:

1. On the Baidu AI Cloud login page, select "Sign in as IAM User.
   
2. Enter the account alias (e.g., "mycompany" set by the primary account administrator) in the root account field, followed by the IAM user's username and password created by the primary account administrator, as mentioned earlier. [Sign in as IAM user completed. Courses readily accessible.]
