Arrears:

• Check whether your account balance is sufficient to cover the cost of the CFS bill once an hour Beijing time (e.g. check whether your account balance is sufficient to pay the bill cost from 10 to 11 am at 11:00 am Beijing time). The system will send a notice of arrears when it is in arrears.
• Stop services immediately after arrears, and the system will send a services-stop notice of arrears.
