What is the purpose of the certification token?

The verification token is used by log service to authenticate you. Please keep it safe.

Which platforms does the agent support?

The log service agent currently supports 64-bit Linux and Windows systems. If you encounter installation issues, please submit a ticket for assistance

Is the log service divided by regions? How to choose the appropriate region?

The log service is categorized by regions. While using Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC) and Baidu AI Cloud Object Storage (BOS), make sure to select cloud services within the same region, as intranet communication is possible among cloud products in the same region. Cross-region communication, however, is not supported.

Does log service support hosts other than Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC)?

Support both Baidu Cloud Compute (BCC) and other cloud servers as well as physical hosts

What log formats does log service support?

Currently support UTF-8 encoded text-format logs

How long does it take for a log service transmission task to take effect after creation?

After creating a transmission task in the console, it takes up to 3 minutes to take effect
