Baidu AI Cloud Time Series Database (TSDB) is a specialized database for storing and managing time series data, providing high-performance read/write, low-cost storage, strong computing ability and various capacities supported by multiple ecologies for storage for the time series.

TSDB is widely applied to the Internet of Things (IoT) scenarios. For example, in an industrial production environment, each plant has a large number of monitoring points, sending data at the frequency of every 10 seconds. About 1.58 trillion data points are generated each year in 500,000 monitoring points. Use TSDB to easily store massive data points, and perform quick data query and visual demonstration, to help business managers analyze data.
