Expiration Reminder and Processing
Due reminders: If the free resolution service provided by Baidu AI Cloud domain name is consistent with the expiration time of the domain name, no proprietary cloud resolution expiration reminder notification will be sent. If the domain name is renewed, the complimentary free resolution service will be automatically renewed.
If it is a free resolution service or a paid version resolution service used for external domain name, an expiration reminder notification will be sent 30, 7 and 1 day before the expiration.
Processing after expiration: The renewal period of a resource is 90 days, after which the resource is deleted.
Resource Deletion
Delete automatically: The renewal period of a resource is 90 days, after which the resource is automatically deleted.
Free external resources can be manually deleted. The resolution service provided by Baidu AI Cloud domain name does not support manual deletion. The paid version resources only support automatic resource deletion after applying for a service refund.
Service Refund
The paid edition of DNS supports refund of work ticket submission, and deducts the cost of the used service period.
Refund is not supported for general preference edition of event product.
Intranet DNS Service
At present, the DNS service of the intranet is in the open beta test period, and it is free during the open beta test period, you can submit Open Beta Test Application.
