Overview

Baidu AI Cloud has tag management feature, which is able to quickly classify, identify and manage such resources by adding a tag to each cloud resource.

• Tag: Each tag consists of two parts, i.e., key and value, and the tag (key+value) is unique.
• Individual and batch: The tag can be provided for an individual resource, and also for cloud resources in batch.

Limit

Each user can create up to 200 tags.

Add Tag

Users can add a tag to SCS instances according to project and scenario requirements, facilitating classification, identification and management of SCS instances.

Operating Steps:

1. Log in to the management console and select "Product Services > SCS" to enter the instance list page.
2. Select one or more instances and click "Edit the tag".

Note: Editing the tags in batch can only be used to add the tags, but cannot be used to manage the existing tags. Note that the uppercase and lowercase letters should be distinguished in the tag key settings.?

3. In the pop-up dialog box, enter a custom tag key and value. Note that each SCS instance may have multiple tag keys, but each tag key must be unique, and the value may be null, and is not entered.

4. Click "OK" to complete the tag creation.

   Notes:

   • When creating the tags in batch, you cannot view the individual instance tags added.
   • When you modify a label, must determine the unbound tag, and then set it again.
   • After the tag is created, you can view all the tags created and the number of resources bound to each tag in “Tag Management” in the left navigation bar.

Unbind Tag

If a SCS instance does not require a tag, you can unbind the tag.

Operating Steps:

Log in to the management console and select "Product Services> SCS" to enter the instance list page. 2. Select one instance and click "Edit the tag" on the action bar. 3. In the pop-up dialog box, remove the tag to unbind it.

Resource Bill

The resource bill is a feature to record the lifecycle and consumption-related data of each resource, facilitating the users to view the resources and consumption data of products in the dimension of resources.

Operating Steps:

1. Log in to the management console and select "Product Services> SCS".
2. Click "Tag Management" on the left navigation bar to enter the tag list page.
3. Select a tag and click "View the bill" on the operation bar.
4. Enter the resource bill page, and select the month of the bill to be viewed, so that the consumption information of the current tag resource is displayed. You can also perform the tag search with combined filtering conditions, select consumption details of other tags in terms of tag keys and values, and download the relevant information.
5. Click “View the details” to view the instance ID, product name and bill amount.
