Prepaid

The pre-paid instances can be upgraded at any time and the downgraded configurations are not supported temporarily.

Upgrade Configuration

• The standard version of Redis instance supports the upgrading of node specifications.
• The cluster version of Redis instance supports the upgrading of the number of multiparts.
• The Memcached instance supports the upgrading of the number of multiparts.

Downgrade Configuration

The configuration downgrade is not supported temporarily.

Billing Instruction

For unexpired instances, the fee of upgrading the configuration = (daily price after the configuration upgrade- single-daily price before the configuration upgrade) x number of remaining days before the expiration

Postpaid

The postpaid instances can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.

Upgrade Configuration

• The standard version of Redis instance supports the upgrading of node specifications.
• The cluster version of Redis instance supports the upgrading of the number of multiparts.
• The Memcached instance supports the upgrading of the number of multiparts.

Downgrade Configuration

• Redis instance does not support the configuration downgrade at this time.
• The Memcached instance supports the downgrading of the number of multiparts.

Billing Instruction

After the configuration is changed successful, it is billed immediately based on the new configuration price.
