SCS of cloud database has a function of custom IP whitelist, IP addresses can access the target instance only in the whitelist. This article introduces how to set up the whitelist by SCS of cloud database management console.

• Support regular address Such as 192.168.0.1
• Supports CIDR addresses: Such as 192.168.1.0/24
• Separate multiple addresses with commas or spaces, such as 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.0/24
• 0.0.0.0/0 represents that all addresses are allowed.

Operating Steps

Add IP Address

1. Log in to the cloud database SCS management console, and click "Instance Name/ID".
2. Click "Whitelist" in the tab navigation bar of the instance details page.
3. Click "Add a whitelist" on "Whitelist" page.

4. Enter the IP address to be added in the pop-up window and click "OK".

Delete IP Address

Select the IP address to be deleted on the "Whitelist" page, and click "Delete".

Copy IP Address

Select the IP address to be copied on the "Whitelist" page, and click "Copy".
