After opening the enterprise organization, you need to add new members to the enterprise organization. The master account can choose to invite an existing account or choose to create a new account. The specific operation method is as follows:

In the "Enterprise Organization" list, select "Sub-account Management" and click [Add Account].

Method 1: Invite an Existing Account

The master account invites the activated independent account to join the enterprise organization in Baidu AI Cloud Login. After the new account joins the enterprise organization, they can still log in to the console independently to manage resources and bills.

1. Click "Add Account" and choose to invite an existing account.
2. Add the account ID of the sub-account.

Method for master account to obtain sub-account ID

Log in to the invited account (sub-account), enter the user's management console, and click "User Center" to get to the user information page. As shown in the figure: Copy the user ID. This ID number is used when the sub-account is provided to the master account for invitation.

As shown in the figure below, the sub-account logs in to the Baidu AI Cloud console, and clicks the organization icon to see the invitation from the master account.

Click [View] and select [Accept], that is, the sub-account successfully joins the enterprise organization established by the master account.

Method 2: Create New Account

The master account can quickly create sub-accounts by creating new accounts, but by default, new accounts cannot log in to the console by themselves. The master account needs to log in to the console by switching identities.

Invitation mechanism

The invitation mechanism is the process by which a master account in an organization invites other accounts to join the organization. Only the master account can send invitations. The invited account must already be an activated account of Baidu AI Cloud. After the invited account accepts the invitation, it will become a member account in the organization. The master account can delete the member account, and the member account can also actively choose to leave the organization in its own console.

Create new account

The new account is an incomplete information account, and it cannot log in to the console (if you need to manage and access member accounts' resources, but can use the IAM sub-user function), which needs the information for be the master account to perform comprehensive account management. This account is a quickly-created account. To delete it from the organization, you need to submit a work ticket to contact the account manager to apply for a replacement account and then delete it.
