Manage the Dedicated Instances

Enable, Disable and Restart a Dedicated Instance
Note: "Enabling” and "Restarting" a dedicated instance may interrupt your business. Please execute these operations carefully.
The user can “Disable” or “Restart” a “Running” dedicated instance. The operation steps are as follows:
- Enter the dedicated instance list, and select a dedicated instance required to be operated from “More Operations”. Or you can select multiple instances to perform batch operations.
- Click the "Disable" or "Restart" button, and then click “Ok” in the pop-up dialog to complete the operation. At this point, you can view the status of the dedicated instance, which is "Restarting" or "Shutdown."
For the disabled dedicated instance, you can re-enable it through the same operation as follows:
- Enter the dedicated instance list, and select a dedicated instance required to be enabled. Or you can select multiple instances to perform batch operations.
- Click the "Enable" button from “More Operations”, and then click “Ok” in the pop-up dialog to complete the operation.
Release a Dedicated Instance
Note: After a dedicated instance is released, it cannot be recovered anymore. Please execute this operation carefully.
The user can release and reallocate the hardware resources of a dedicated instance. The operation steps to release a dedicated instance are as follows:
- Enter the dedicated instance list, and select a dedicated instance required to be released from “More Operations”. Or you can select multiple instances to perform batch operations.
- Click "Send a Verification Code" in the pop-up dialog to obtain and enter the verification code. Click "Ok" to complete the releasing operation.
