The DCC is a computing product comparable to BCC. It has characteristics and features similar to BCC, including instant snapshots of the system disk, custom images, high-speed network access, and security groups. Meanwhile, it also supports associating itself with EIP, BLB, CDS, RDS, SCS, domain name filing and other Baidu AI Cloud products.

High-speed network access

• The public network is connected to the high-speed BGP network, enabling users access the network at a low latency in different environments provided by different Internet Service Providers from different regions.
• Theten-gigabit optical fiber interconnection under the same user of the private network ensures no bottleneck in the high-speed communication of the internal data.

Easy-to-use management tools

• DCC provides Web-VNC remote login and management tools for both Windows and Linux operating systems, facilitating users to perform efficient operations management of the Baidu Cloud Compute.
• Various stable and common operating system image versions are available. Users can flexibly choose one or change into another one upon their needs.

Custom image

The user can generate a custom image after the business environment has been deployed. Based on this image, it can create dedicated instances and the Baidu Cloud Compute in batch consistent with the environment to simplify device management and deployment.

Instant snapshot

The user can create a system disk snapshot for a dedicated instance at any time. Based on this snapshot, it can generate an image or roll the existing dedicated instance back to the status when the snapshot was created.

Support multiple images and multiple operating systems

DCC supports a variety of operating systems, such as Windows, Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian). You can make a selection upon your needs.

Support security groups

The dedicated instance provides the security prevention configuration capability for network protocol and port level-based hosts.
