1. Register and log in to the Baidu AI Cloud platform. For more detailed information on operations, please see Register and Log in.
2. Select "Product Service>Baidu MapReduce BMR" to enter the BMR service.
3. BMR needs real-name authentication, and every account requires authentication once. Click "Authenticate Now" to enter the "Identity Verification" page.
4. Select "Enterprise Authentication" or "Individual Authentication".
5. After BMR components are used to process data, the outcome is output to the BOS Server. After passing the authentication, you need to activate the BOS service and create Bucket, and you must have write permission to this address to provide storage path for output. For more information, please see Create Bucket.

Notes:

• Currently, all data and example programs in this document are stored in BOS in the “North China - Beijing” region, but not in BOS in the “South China - Guangzhou” region.
• Baidu Object Storage (BOS) and BMR cluster to create need to be in the same region. For the region description, please see Introduction of Region Selection.
