Application update
Update operation portal
Users can view the list of generated applications under the My Applications - Under Development tab. In this list, you may locate the target application and click it to enter the application editor, where you can edit the application.
Edit and save
- Real-time saving: In the application editing interface, any modifications made by users are automatically saved in real time without manual operation, preventing content loss due to unexpected circumstances.
- Preview function: After making partial content modifications, users can click the Preview button at any time to view the modified application, ensuring the modifications meet expectations.

Publish update
- Publish process: After users confirm application modifications are correct, the modifications must be published to the online environment. The publishing operation will synchronize the modifications from the editing page to the online application.
- Environment isolation: The application editing environment and the online environment are independent and do not interfere with each other. Modifications made on the Application Edit page will not affect the online application as long as the publishing operation is not executed.
Update time record
Under the My Applications - Under Development tab, the last update time of each application is displayed, helping users track modification history and current status.

Take application offline
Operation scenario
When an application no longer needs to be publicly available, users can take it offline.
Operation steps
- Access the Already Live tab: Access the My Applications - Already Live tab, which displays all applications that are deployed online and in operation.
- Select application for taking offline: Locate the target application in the Already Live Application list, and click the Offline button to take it offline.
Note: After an application is taken offline, external users will no longer be able to access it. However, you can still edit, modify, and publish the application under the My Applications - Under Development tab.
Impact after taking offline
- User access restrictions: After an application is taken offline, external users will no longer be able to access it, ensuring the timely cessation of external services when no longer needed.
- Edit and republish: Although the application is offline, users can still edit and modify it under the My Applications - Under Development tab. After modification, you may follow the application update publishing process to republish the application and restore external services.
Following the above steps for application update and taking offline, users can manage their applications more clearly and conveniently, ensuring the application status aligns with their needs.
