License Fee

In the private deployment, there will be no limit to the number of dashboards and reports, no limit to the number of dashboards and reports publicly shared, and all visualization components and data source types can be used.

Note: The purchased license will restrict the domain name or IP that users access. These need to be filled in when purchasing the license. For example, the private deployment you purchased will eventually be deployed under the domain name bi.XXXX.com (of course, it can also be an IP, e.g., 192.168.13.14 ). Then the license we finally provide you will be bound to this domain name, and your private deployment can only be deployed under this domain name, not to any other domain name or IP. (domain name and IP refer to the URL address where you access to private deployment Sugar on the browser. It is not necessarily the IP address of the machine where your deployment is made. For example, you use Nginx as a proxy or use cluster to deploy Sugar, and then use Nginx for load balance. For this multi-machine cluster deployment, you only need to purchase one license as long as the end user accesses to Sugar at a same IP address on the browser.)

The private deployment version offers two purchase options:

One-time Purchase

After a one-time purchase, Sugar can be used permanently. The following three versions are provided according to the number of login accounts:

• 2 account number: 150000 CNY(Account number does not support additional purchase)
• 30 account number: 450000 CNY (account number upport the purchase of additional account number, 15000/account number, for example, a total of 50 accounts, with a total amount of 750000 CNY)
• Unlimited account number: 1.5 million CNY.

Subscription Purchases

Sugar also allows the annual payment, and provides the following three versions according to the number of login accounts:

• Two accounts: 30000CNY/year (Account number does not allow additional purchases.)
• 30 accounts: 100000CNY/year (Account number allows additional account purchases, 5000CNY/account number/year, for example, if you need to purchase 40 accounts in total, the total amount is 150000CNY/year.)
• Unlimited accounts: 200000CNY/year

After-sales Service

Sugar's private deployment and operation are relatively simple and will be operated by users themselves. Sugar officially provides online QQ technical support free of charge, and any technical questions can be asked online by QQ. And once the private deployment is purchased, users can upgrade to the latest Sugar version of free of charge at any time. See Update Log for the release log of Sugar.

Note on account number: The account number refers to the number of accounts that can log in to the Sugar system. Private deployment only limits the number of login accounts. It does not limit other numbers (such as the number of devices accessing Sugar, the number of users accessing at the same time.). When you log in to Sugar, available operations include: editing dashboard and report page, adding, deleting and modifying space, and various authorization controls. Besides, there is also some content in Sugar that can be accessed without you to log in, such as viewing the publicly shared dashboards and reports.
