Product specifications

Updated at:2025-11-12

To cater to varying performance requirements across different scenarios, RapidFS offers multiple product specifications, allowing users to choose the most suitable option based on their actual needs.

Product performance

Specification name Throughput (MBps) provided per TiB Starting capacity (TiB) Expansion step size (TiB) Maximum capacity (TiB)
100MB/s/TiB 100 3 1 25
200MB/s/TiB 200 25 25 1000
  1. Performance (throughput and IOPS) scales linearly with purchased capacity. Choose the appropriate capacity based on service needs. When RapidFS reaches its defined performance limits and cannot meet service requirements, it is advisable to enhance its performance by purchasing additional capacity.
