	Arrearage processing	Check whether your account balance is enough to pay the fees on MCT bill on the hour by Beijing standard time (for example, you can check whether the account balance is enough to pay the bill fees from 10:00 to 11:00 at 11:00 sharp by Beijing standard time). If not, your account is in arrears, and the system will send an arrear notification. Baidu AI Cloud will cease to serve you after arrearage, that is, you cannot submit any new task, but the task that has been submitted will continue to execute to the end. The suspended service is resumed after you make up the outstanding fees within 15 days (from the date of suspension to the date of expiration of 360 hours (15 x 24)), and you can continue to use the MCT audio/video transcoding service of Baidu AI Cloud; in case of overdue payment for more than 15 days (from the date of suspension to expiration of 360 hours (15X24)), the integrity of your data is not guaranteed, and the data may be cleaned up at any time.
