Create Pipeline
Overview
With queues, you have more flexibility in managing transcoding jobs. When creating a job, you must assign a pipeline for the job. You can learn how to use console to create a pipeline through the document.
Notes
Pipeline capacity is the number of parallel transcoding jobs in the pipeline. The total queue capacity of each account is 100. You can create multiple queues to distribute the queue capacity. When the total queue cannot meet the demands of business, you can use Ticket apply for expansion.
Create Queue
1.Log in Video-Audio Processing Console。
2.Select Product Configurations > Job Pipeline in the left navigation, and enter job pipeline page.
3.Click the button Create Queue, and enter the page to Create Queue.
| Configuration items | Description |
|---|---|
| Pipeline type | Common pipelines and speed-accelerated pipelines. Common pipeline means the pipeline with common transcoding jobs; the speed accelerated pipeline aims at long-form video to greatly improve the transcoding speed through clip parallel transcoding. |
| Queue name | The pipeline name consists of numbers and letters, case insensitive, 40 characters at most. |
| Queue capacity | Refer to the number of transcoding jobs which you can perform in parallel. The pipeline capacity should be less than or equal to the total capacity of the remained pipelines. |
| Input/Outputbucket | Set your AV input/output Bucket. The input bucket and output bucket can be the same bucket. When there is no bucket in your BOS, you need to create a bucket in BOS. |
| Notification template | (Optional)You can select a notification callback address; when a job in the pipeline is finished, you are notified through the notification callback address. |
5.After completing the configuration of queue information, click Create Queue to complete the creation of queue.
6.After the creation, you can view the summary information in the queue list.
