Billing rules

• Bill by the transcoding duration in different formats. The computing formula for the costs is: Transcoding cost = Duration of output file x Transcoding price for different specifications
• Payment Method: Post-payment
• Output duration: Each transcoded output file is charged by minute, with the full length accurate to two decimal places, and the second place is rounded according to the third place.
• Transcoding unit price: The output specifications shall be determined according to the long and short sides of the output video resolution that fall within the scope defined by the output specifications, in the following manner: Taking output SD (1280 x 720) specifications as an example, the output video with a resolution of no greater than 1,280 on the long edge and of no greater than 720 on the short edge falls within such output specification. If the long side of the output video is greater than 1280 or the short side of the output video is greater than 720, the output video belongs to a higher output specification.
• Billing cycle: Charge by hour (once an hour Beijing time) and generate a bill. Billing time is within 1 hour after the end of the current billing cycle. For example, a bill from 10:00 to 11:00 will be generated before 12:00, which is subject to the billing time of the system.

Such as 10:00-11:00, the duration of the file transcoded and output according to H.264 960_540 specification is 100 hours, and that of the file output according to H.264 1280_750 specification, the total cost is: 100_60_0.0310+50_60_0.0618=371.4Yuan.
