In MCT, if multiple video transformation tasks are submitted, are these videos transformed one by one or transformed in parallel

It is processed concurrently. In MCT, a task queue can contain at most 20 transcoding tasks in progress, and each account can have 5 task queues. When the total number of queue is less than the limits, the new queue can be created.

Does MCT support input video+silent video to composite audio video

Video files support overlaying audio files, please refer to the inserts field of video transcode task interface Job-Transcoding-API; see Job-Transcoding-API for more details.

Which video transcoding formats are supported for output currently

• The video formats supported for output includes FLV, MP4 and HLS.
• The audio formats supported for output includes MP3 and MP4.

Can the jobid in the transcoding tasks of the multimedia cloud transcoder (MCT) be repeated

The job id generated by MCT will not be repeated

The transcoding is slow, can it be accelerated

As all kinds of users have different requirements for transcoding speed, we provide three levels of transcoding services:

• Standard transcoding service: The short/small video will not be divided into multipart, with the speed of up to 1 to 3 times;
• Topspeed transcoding service: The long video can be transcoded in multipart, and a 100-minute video of 720p can reach 10 times in terms of transcoding speed.
• Intelligent transcoding by multipart For the long video, generate intelligent multipart policy through AI model according to the comprehensive factors of original video parameters/template parameters/resources, and the 100-minute video of 720p can reach 500 times of speed.

The picture quality is poor after transcoding, can the definition be improved

For different content types, video durations and transcoding appeals (for example: (The priority shall be given to quality improvement or code rate saving, etc.) The transcoding parameters are different; therefore, we can assign technicians to optimize the parameters specifically according to concrete demands, which may take 1-2 working days.
